Job Duties:
• Wash, chop and peel vegetables and fruit for food
preparation.
• Wash and clean surfaces, cupboards, storage area, appliances
and equipment.
• Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerator, freezers,
cupboards and other storage area.
• Remove trash and clean kitchen garbage containers on daily
basis.
• Handle and store cleaning products, sharpen kitchen knives.
