Responsibilities
Tasks
- Hire and supervise rental agents and building superintendents
- Hire and supervise support staff performing operational, clerical or maintenance duties
- Prepare and administer contracts for property services, such as maintenance
- Co-ordinate implementation of repairs, maintenance and renovation
- Monitor progress and cost of work for property owners
- Compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income
- Prepare expense and income reports
- Ensure response to trouble calls from clients or tenants
- Take ownership of designated Capital Repairs Projects.
- Coordinate the implementation of repairs, maintenance and renovations carried out on buildings and monitor progress and cost of work
- Lead project management efforts, including project planning, coordination, and continuous monitoring of work scope progression to ensure alignment with established timelines and objectives.
- Prepare and administer contracts for provision of property services.
- Estimate project costs, develop budgets, and manage financial aspects throughout the project’s lifecycle.
- Compile and maintain records on expenses, prepare reports and review budges
- Plan and coordinate travel between our Support Center and our hotels and facilities to oversee project activities.
- Handle purchase orders, deliveries, and construction inventory.
- Manage payroll, expenses, and invoices.
- Ensure that maintenance and repair requests made from the properties and received and properly addressed
- Hire and help with the supervision of trades, site superintendents, and other maintenance staff
- Support the Capital Repairs Manager with daily site administrative duties.
- Perform other duties as required.
