0930615 BC Ltd dba Apex Physiotherapy and Health Clinic at Unit-11 31940 South Fraser Way, Abbotsford, BC is hiring Office Manager for fulltime and permanent position.
Duties:
- Plan, organize and look after the complete office activities and related issues,
- Oversee, co-ordinate, implement and review administrative procedures and policies,
- Synchronize and plan for various office services such as monthly reminders, maintenance and other business-related issues,
- Establish work priorities, maintain employee work schedules including job rotation, training, vacations and paid time off.
- Ensure deadlines are met, and procedures/policies are being followed,
- Order the supplies to be used in office,
- Maintain and stock inventory materials,
- Maintain and ensure smooth operations of various office equipment,
- Supervise the activities of other junior staff.
- Monitoring inbound activities such as invoice processing, other service-related enquiries.
Requirements:
- Minimum education as completion of high school is required.
- Minimum experience of 7 Months or more in an office is required.
- Language required is English.
Terms:
- Wage: $29.00/Hour
- Full time: Minimum work of 30 to 40 Hours/week. 2 Days off per week
- Overtime: will be paid if any after work of 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week
