Duties would be to supervise and co-ordinate the activities of sales representatives, assign sales workers to duties and establish work schedules, maintain adequate inventory, reconcile cash, prepare sales report, maintain or changes product display as per inventory and current sales events, resolve problems such as customer complaint and supply shortage, train or arrange for the training of new sales staff and conduct performance reviews. Minimum education as completion of high school is required. Minimum experience of 7 months or more in retail sale is required. Salary of $ 24.00 /hr. will be given.
