Job Duties:
– Prepare sauces and curry.
– Prepare different kinds of breads and meats in the Tandoori oven.
– Estimate food ingredients, spices and other requirements.
– Ensuring that cooking utensils are clean before each use.
– Plan menu, ensure quantity and quality of the food.
– Keep track of food preparation prices, use and inventory.
– Clean and sterilize food preparation areas.
– Assist other workers to ensure that food orders are completed in a timely manner.
– Ensure health and safety regulations are followed properly.
