Our Company requires the services of an experienced Gas station Supervisor. Our company is located in a busy neighborhood of Niagara Falls, Ontario.

The potential candidate will be responsible for such activities that include but are not limited to;

• Supervise, Train and coordinate Staff
• Prepare work schedules and assign duties to staff
• Ensure Staff understands tasks delegated
• Train staff on new products and promotions as required and to maintain cleanliness on site
• Ensure adequate stock of products are on display
• Maintain specified inventory and place orders as needed
• Organize stock and check merchandise received for quality and quantity
• Authorize payments for products received and the return of merchandise if damaged or not up to standard
• Ensure product pricing is current and accurate
• Serve customers as required
• Deal with customer complaints or questions and resolving issues that may arise
• Ensure health and safety requirements are met
• Prepare reports regarding sales, volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
• Monitor and maintain car wash quality standards
• Close POS system and assist owner in all aspects of the management of the store

The potential candidate is preferred to be fluent in both Urdu and Arabic
