Job Duties:
– Managing the day-to-day operations of the office.
– Greeting visitors, handling a large amount of incoming phone calls, and providing our customers with world-class service.
– Organizing appointments and meetings, as well as maintaining the calendars and schedules of employees.
– To achieve optimal productivity, supervise, advise, train, and coach our office personnel, as well as delegate duties.
– Organizing domestic and international travel, including reservations for flights, hotels, and auto rentals.
– Buying office supplies and equipment, as well as keeping track on stock levels.
– Producing reports, composing correspondence, and drafting new contracts.
– Making presentations and other reports for management.
Other Information: Candidate must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
