Our Company requires the services of an experienced Gas station Supervisor. Our company is located in a busy neighborhood of Oshawa, Ontario.
The potential candidate will be responsible for such activities that include but are not limited to;

Supervise, Train and coordinate Staff
Prepare work schedules and assign duties to staff
Ensure Staff understands tasks delegated
Train staff on new products and promotions as required and to maintain cleanliness on site
Ensure adequate stock of products are on display
Maintain specified inventory and place orders as needed
Organize stock and check merchandise received for quality and quantity
Authorize payments for products received and the return of merchandise if damaged or not up to standard
Ensure product pricing is current and accurate
Serve customers as required
Deal with customer complaints or questions and resolving issues that may arise
Ensure health and safety requirements are met
Prepare reports regarding sales, volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
Monitor and maintain car wash quality standards
Close POS system and assist owner in all aspects of the management of the store
The potential candidate is preferred to be fluent in both Urdu and Arabic
