Job Duties:
– Taking care of everything that goes in and out of the furniture store.
– Responsible for the inventory, as well as contacting the manufacturers.
– Dealing with returns and exchanges.
– Responsible for gaining profit for the store.
– Devising marketing strategies and plans in order to reach their monthly goals.
– Interviewing and hiring potential furniture store sales associates.
– Training sales associates on how to sell and deal with their customers.
– Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
