Customer service supervisor – retail

Location: Lacombe, AB

Wages: $18.00 to $19.00 hourly for 35 to 40 hours per week

Terms of Employment: Permanent employment, Full time**part timers are welcome**

Employment Conditions: Day, Evening, Weekend, Shift, Flexible Hours, Morning

Start Date: As soon as possible

Job requirements

Languages: English

Education : Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience : 7 months to less than 1 year

Specific Skills : Sell merchandise; Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters; Assign sales workers to duties; Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages; Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers; Organize and maintain inventory

Additional Skills: Establish work schedules

Work Setting : Retail business

Ability to Supervise : 3-4 people
