Customer service supervisor – retail

Location: Fort McMurray, AB

Wages: $20.00 to $21.00 hourly for 30 to 40 hours per week (To be negotiated)

Terms of Employment: Permanent employment, Full time**Part timers are welcome**

Employment Conditions: Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, Morning

Starts Date: As soon as possible

Position Available: 2 vacancies

Job requirements

Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year

Specific Skills: Sell merchandise; Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters; Assign sales workers to duties; Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages; Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers; Organize and maintain inventory

Work Setting: Retail business

Workers Supervised: Retail salespersons and sales clerks; Cashiers

Ability to Supervise: 3-4 people
