Job Duties:
Build, install, maintain and repair foundations, exterior doors, windows, floors, walls, and roofs.
Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, or designs to determine job requirements.
Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and other materials to build frames.
Help erect, level, and install the building framework with the help of equipment.
Maintain, repair, and renovate residential structures according to job needs.
Instruct and supervise construction helpers and other workers.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
Bending, crouching, kneeling, a Combination of sitting, standing, walking, handling heavy loads
