Food and Beverage Server

Salary: $17.00 / Hour

Terms of Employment: Permanent employment

Full time: 35 to 40 hours / week

Job Requirements:

Languages: English

Education: No degree, certificate or diploma

Experience: Will train

Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses: ProServe program

Specific Skills:
Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages, Prepare and serve specialty food at customers’ tables, Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travellers cheques or room billings, Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations, Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs, Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages, Serve food and beverages, Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff, Assist clients/guests with special needs
