Looking for a dependable, reliable, and energetic Shift Manager in a face paced environment:
Ideal candidate should have minimum 2 years to less than 3 years of experience with the following:
- Training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety
- Supervising, coordinating, and scheduling activities of the shift staff
- Maintain and monitor employees shift schedules and performance
- Monitor actions of staff and customers to ensure that health, safety, and quality control standards are obeyed
- Establishing methods to meet work schedules, based on events, pre-orders, and weather
- Identify and estimate quantities of foods, beverages, and supplies to be ordered based on pre-ordered cakes and pints
- Overseeing the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, keeping all surfaces sanitized constantly
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports as per BR systems and requirements
- Resolve customer complaints and rectify issues to provide highest level of satisfaction.
- Responsible for inventory management and cash control systems for the assigned shift
- Make sure that all local and national food safety codes are maintained
Start: ASAP
1 Position available
Full-Time Permanent position $16.00 to $16.50/hour (to be negotiated)
35 hours / week
Location: 170 Sandalwood Pkwy E., Brampton, ON, L6Z1Y5
Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a 1or 2-year program in hospitality or restaurant management OR equivalent experience.
Soft Skills: Able to multitask, self-motivated, good communication skills and team player
