Auto Imports is a family owned and operated in South Edmonton auto repair shop since 1956. We pride ourselves on providing prompt, professional automotive repair, and maintenance service, with accurate estimates for both price and repair time. We are looking for one (1) Administrative Assistant who can start immediately.
Wage:
$27.00 per hour for 35 to 44 hours per week

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Languages:
English
Education and Work Experience:
Completion of a one- or two-year college or other program for administrative assistants or secretaries
Or
Equivalent in work experience.

Job Duties:
- Establish office procedures and routines after determining the requirement
- Schedule and confirm appointments with clients for sales or services
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages to sale or service department
- Open and respond to email queries
- Compile data, statistics about sales, inventory and services performed
- Order supplies and maintain inventory
- Maintain computerized information filling system on established platform
- Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information
