Wage:
$27.00 per hour for 35 to 44 hours per week

Education and Work Experience:
Completion of a one- or two-year college or other programs for administrative assistants or secretaries
Or
Equivalent in work experience.

Job Duties:
- Answer telephone calls and respond to email queries
- Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail, promotional and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information
- Maintain a computerized information filling system on the established platform
- Establish procedures and routines on the direction of the management
- Respond to queries about bills
- Take preventive steps to resolve recurring administrative and supply chain issues and problems;
- Looks after administrative aspects to ensure each store meets Health and Safety standards
- Schedule and confirm appointments with suppliers and vendors
- Prepare business target reports
- Compile data and statistics about sales and inventory of wet stock.
- Order supplies and maintains inventory
- Assist in advertising for jobs and collecting resumes
