Job Duties:
-Ordering office supplies.
-Filing paperwork for departments.
-Making presentations to report on productivity.
-Answering phone calls and responding to emails.
-Organizing travel arrangements as needed.
-Managing staff meetings and schedules.
-Co-ordinate, assign and review work
-Establish work schedules and procedures
-Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information
-Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
-Schedule and confirm appointments
Supervision: 3-4 people
Transportation/travel information: Public transportation is available
