Wages: $20.60 to $21.60 / hour (To be negotiated)

Job requirements
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Personal suitability: Client focus, Organized, Reliability, Team player
Tasks: Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations, Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms, Conduct performance reviews, Cost products and services, Organize and maintain inventory, Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities, Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance, Address customers’ complaints or concerns, Provide customer service, Recruit, train and supervise staff
Supervision: 3-4 people
Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Attention to detail, Standing for extended periods
