- Work closely with the staff and management to have a unique guest experience.
- Assisting the management team in recruiting interviewing, hiring staff
- Assisting with daily time and attendance duties- including scheduling, approving time-cards including time off.
- Assisting with social media where necessary
- Assisting with planning, introducing and measuring periodic staff incentive programs.
- Advocating for a safe and healthy work environment by supporting the Health and Safety initiatives
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in a good restaurant supervisory role
- Strong local food & beverage (including wine) knowledge an asset
- Ability to lead and supervise a team.
- Proven ability to delegate efficiently, great at communicating
- Adaptable and flexible.
- Must have excellent customer facing skills
- Must have service focus visions
- Must currently be eligible to work in Canada
