Laser N’ Style offers a wide range of hair salon services along with a variety of skin care and nail services. We are looking for two (2) motivated and experienced Barber who can join our team immediately.

Wage: $20.00 per hour for 32 to 44 hours per week

Terms of Employment: Permanent; Full-Time

Applicants with part-time availability are encouraged to apply

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Languages: English

Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma

Experience: 1 – 2 years

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

Fast-paced environment; Manual dexterity; Attention to Detail; Hand-Eye co-ordination; Standing for extended periods

Personal Suitability:

Effective interpersonal skills; Flexibility; Client Focus; Reliability

Hairstylist Specific Skills:

Apply bleach, tints, dyes or rinses to colour, frost, or streak hair, analyze hair and scalp condition and provide basic treatment or advice on beauty care treatments for scalp and hair, suggest hair style compatible with client’s physical features or determine style from client’s instructions and preferences, Cut, trim, taper, curl, wave, perm, and style.
