We need two (2) Cooks who can start immediately. Preference will be given to cooks who have experience in Japanese cuisine, but it is not a job requirement. Training will be provided to cooks who want to learn Japanese Cooking.
Wages:
$17.00 per hour for 30 to 44 hours per week

Job Duties:
Prepare and cook seafood cuisine and individual dishes as per Edo Japan’s menu items; Maintain inventory and records of food (perishable and non-perishable), supplies and equipment; Oversee kitchen operations’ Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs and monitor and order supplies; Specialize in preparing and cooking Edo Japan’s menu items; Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers; Clean work areas and ensure to meet food service quality standards.
