Job Duties:

– Develop work schedules and establish procedures.
– Maintain quality control and production records.
– Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting laborers.
– Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations.
– Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed.
– Supervise maintenance of infrastructure, equipment, and supplies.
– May perform general farm duties.

Other Information: Candidate must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
