Job Duties:
• Develop work schedules and establish procedures.
• Maintain quality control and production records.
• Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers.
• Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations.
• Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed.
• May perform general farm duties.

Supervision: 5-10 people

Work conditions and physical capabilities: Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Physically demanding,
Attention to detail, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Overtime required.
