Wages: $18.70 to $19.70 hourly (to be negotiated)

Positions Available: 2 vacancies

Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time 35 hours per Week ** Part timers are welcome**

Employment conditions: Day, Evening, Flexible Hours, Morning, Night, Shift, Weekend

Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year

Responsibilities

Tasks: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, Estimate and order ingredients and supplies, Ensure food service and quality control, Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, Prepare and submit reports, Supervise and check assembly of trays, Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys, Establish work schedules

Supervision: 3-4 people, Food service counter attendants and food preparers
