Wages: $18.00 to $19.00 hourly (To be negotiated)

Position Available: 3 vacancies

Terms of Employment: Permanent employment, Full time, 35 hours per Week **Part-timers are welcome**

Start Date: As soon as possible

Employment conditions: Evening, Flexible Hours, Morning, Shift, Weekend

Overview

Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year

Work setting:  Restaurant

Responsibilities

Tasks: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, Estimate and order ingredients and supplies, Ensure food service and quality control, Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, Supervise and check assembly of trays, Establish work schedules

Supervision: 3-4 people, Food service counter attendants and food preparers
