Duties:

Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality; Supervise, co-ordinate activities of workers; Establish methods to work schedules and quality control requirements; Co-ordinate activities with other work units; Identify, evaluate, control and prevent hazards with regards to the food production and holding process; Supervise the control process when it comes to food processing and beverage processing
