Job Duties:
– Deliver outstanding service to ensure high customer satisfaction levels.
– Motivate the sales team by educating and mentoring workers to achieve sales targets.
– To attract new customers, expand store traffic, and improve profitability, build business strategies.
– Hire, train, and oversee new staff.
– Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
– Create and coordinate advertisement content and in-store displays.
– Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits.
– Take responsibility for store operations, such as monitoring store budgets and maintaining financial records.
– Track the rate of inventory and order new pieces.
