I am looking for one (1) Home Support Worker. He/She will be working at our residence in Edmonton, Alberta. It will be a live-out arrangement. At the employee’s discretion, if live-in arrangement is most suitable for the candidate, then free room and board will be provided.

Wage offered:
$20.00 per hour for 30 to 44 hours per week

Terms of Employment:

Job Duties:
• Prepare nutritious meals based on the employer’s preferences.
• Provide companionship and emotional support, encourage appropriate social and recreational activities, community activities and essential errands when required.
• Observe employer’s general condition and promptly report significant changes or concerns to the employer’s spouse.
• Follow the employer’s care plan and emergency procedures and maintain brief daily records of care provided, meals, activities and relevant observations.
• Perform light housekeeping duties directly related to the employer’s care and safety, including laundry, dishwashing, tidying the employer’s living areas, and keeping frequently used areas clean and hazard-free.
