Job Duties:
- Manage office work activities;
- Prepare correspondence, invoices, and related material;
- Open and distribute incoming regular and electronic mail and other material;
- Schedule and confirm appointments;
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory;
- Answer telephone and electronic enquiries;
- Determine and establish office procedures;
- Greet visitors and ascertain the nature of business.
Salary: $27.50/Hourly (Minimum 32 hrs/week)
Qualification requirements:
- Completion of secondary school is required.
- Completion of a one- or two-year college or other program for administrative assistants or secretaries or previous clerical experience is required.
