Languages Required: English
Knowledge of French and Punjabi will be an asset.
Education: Bachelor’s degree
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
Computer and technology knowledge: Electronic mail, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word
Job Responsibilities but not limited to:
Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures, Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met, Carry out administrative activities of establishment, Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence, Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
Basic security clearance will be required
Supervisory experience of 6-12 months managing 1-2 employees is required.
Willing to travel regularly, Public transportation is available
