Terms of Employment: Permanent employment Full time 35 hours per Week **Part timers are welcome**

Overview

Languages: English

Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years

Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year

Responsibilities

Tasks: Assess patients’ physical abilities, Assist during assessment of patients and carry out treatment programs and develop materials for use with patients, Assist health care professionals, Carry out treatment programs, under the direction of physiotherapists and/or occupational therapists, to rehabilitate patients with various injuries or disabilities, Set up and dismantle equipment, Administer evaluative tests and procedures, Clean and maintain equipment, Prepare and maintain equipment and supplies, Maintain supplies, Maintain inventory of equipment, Conduct research in physiotherapy, Document patient rehabilitation progress, Perform general clerical duties, Perform various administrative functions, Teach and/or supervise exercises to patients, Organize and maintain inventory
