Job Title: Plumber Helper

Positions vacant: 3

Terms of employment: Full-time, permanent, occasional overtime is required

Wages: $27.50 per hour, 30-40 hours per week, overtime pay starts after 40 hours a week, 6-8 hours a day

Benefits: 4% vacation pay of the gross salary will be paid each pay period

Work Location: Various locations across the lower mainland area, depending on the job project site

Job type: residential, industrial, and renovation construction job projects.

Start date: As soon as possible

Job duties:

• Load, unload, and transport construction materials
• Clean and lubricate cranes
• Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks shoring, and barricades
• Mix, pour, and spread materials
• Clean and pile salvaged materials
• Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
