Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Coordinator to assist in managing our plumbing and HVAC projects from initiation to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating project logistics, maintaining project documentation, and providing administrative support to our project management team.
Key Responsibilities
– Coordinate project logistics from start to finish, including scheduling, permits, and inspections
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project schedules, budgets, and progress reports
– Provide administrative support to project managers, including preparing and distributing project-related documents
– Communicate with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met – Assist in tracking project expenses and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
– Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues
– Collaborate with the project management team to develop and implement project plans and strategies
Requirements
– 2 years or more experience in a project coordination or administrative role, preferably in the construction or service industry is required
– A college diploma in related field is required.
– Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
– Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
