Job Duties:
- Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate persom or office within the firm.
- Answer incoming calls, taking messages, and directing calls to the appreciate staff members.
- Manage the appointment calendar for accountants and other staff members, ensuring that client meeting and consutations are scheduled appropriatelely.
- Keep the reception area clean and organized, ensuring that reading materials related to accounting and financial services are available for clients to peruse.
- Sorting and distributing incoming mails and packages to the appropriate recipients within the firm.
- Monitor and control access to the office, especially in secure areas.
- Manage and organize important documents and paperwork including client files, and financial records, in accordance with the firms protocols.
- Monitoring and restocking office supplies, such as stationery, paper, and printer supplies.
