We need one (1) Restaurant Manager who can start immediately. We are in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
Wage:
$37.50 per hour for 30 to 44 hours per week

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education:
Secondary School certificate
Work Experience:
2 to 3 years of Experience with some at Supervisor level
or
Lesser Experience will be considered if you have completed a diploma, certificate or training programs related to hospitality or Food and beverage service management.

Job Duties:
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of our restaurant.
- Implement operational procedures.
- Hire staff, provide training, or arrange for training
- Work with supervisor(s) to set shifts and oversee staff activities
- Order inventory from designated suppliers.
- Take responsibility of the business performance of location
- Implement marketing activities, such as promotional events and discount schemes.
- Resolve complaints from customers and staff.
- Ensure terms and conditions of Food Handling permit are being followed by staff.
- Organize catering for special events or orders.
- Analyze and plan company’s sales level and profitability.
- Prepare reports at the end of the shift/week including staff control, food control and sales.
