Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure a high-quality dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to provide outstanding service and maintain high standards of food preparation.
- Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and controlling food costs to maximize profitability.
- Implement effective marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Oversee the POS system to ensure accurate transactions and efficient service.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and quality assurance.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant, including dining areas and kitchens.
Experience
- Proven experience in restaurant management or similar roles within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences.
- Experience with POS systems is preferred; familiarity with bartending is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $32.50-$34.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed

- Secondary School (preferred)

- Restaurant management: 1 year (required)
