Busy Retail Convenience Store (Circle K #1460)  looking for a dynamic and motivated individual in the position of Retail Sales Supervisor.  You will use your experience and skills to help grow the sales, provide excellent customer service, build a solid team and maintain health and safety standards.

Duties include:

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly report on sales
• Maintain inventory, order as needed, meet with suppliers, suggest new products
• Resolve customer complaints
• Train and motivate our team to excellence
• Maintain health and safety standards
• Set-up displays as per marketing guidelines
• Maintain in store equipment and co-ordinate repairs as needed with the Manager
• Work with Manager to establish work schedules, adjusting as needed for seasonal/holiday weekends volumes
• Able to supervise 3-4 people

Education:  High School graduate, minimum

Experience:  1 to 2 years experience in a similar position or supervisory experience required

Position is Full-time, permanent with 35 – 40 hours per week

Rate of pay: $18.00 per hour
