We are looking for two (2) Retail Store Supervisor who can start immediately.

Wage Offered:

$24.00 per hour for 35 to 44 hours per week

Terms of Employment:

Permanent; Full-Time

Applicants with part-time availability to cover full shift are encouraged to apply.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Languages:

English

Education:

Secondary school certificate

Experience:

Minimum of 7 months in retail service industry

Job Duties:

Supervise and co-ordinate activities of cashier and sales associates; Make weekly shift schedule and assign staff to do various duties; Organize display of promotional materials from vendors; Ensuring licenses and permits are up to date; Receive stock, assign staff to replenish shelves from stock; Report supply shortages and damage stock; Assist staff with sale of merchandise; Authorize return payment by debit machine; Resolve customer complaints; Report to the owner about sales, staff performances and related matters.

Supervision: Retail salesperson and salesclerks; Staff in various areas of responsibility
